What Radar7 Is
Radar7 is an event discovery platform that aggregates publicly available event information from various third-party sources and displays them on a map-based interface. We also allow users to create and promote their own events.
Account Registration
You may create an account to save preferences and promote events. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Event Information Disclaimer
We aggregate event data from third-party sources. We do not independently verify the accuracy of event details including dates, times, locations, prices, or availability. Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or changed without notice to us.
You are responsible for confirming event details directly with the event organizer or venue before attending. Radar7 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate, outdated, or misleading event information, including but not limited to missed events, travel costs, or ticket purchases.
User-Created Events
If you create or promote events on Radar7, you represent that:
- You have the right to post the event (you are the organizer or have permission)
- The event information is accurate and not misleading
- The event does not promote illegal activity
- The event content does not violate any third party's rights
We reserve the right to remove any event listing at our discretion, with or without notice.
Paid Services
Radar7 offers paid event promotion services. By purchasing these services, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
If you have questions or concerns about a purchase, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Radar7 in bulk
- Interfere with the service's operation or security
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the service to spam or harass others
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users.
Intellectual Property
The Radar7 name, logo, and original content (excluding third-party event data and user submissions) are our property. Event information displayed on the platform belongs to the respective event organizers and source platforms.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your event listings on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radar7 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information will be accurate.
